Casa Bellavista offers two types of accommodation: renting the entire house by the day, week, fortnight,month, and staying under the posada format with permanent staff and meal service. Its warm and spacious areas invite rest, with wide galleries, green gardens, and numerous common spaces designed for relaxation and connection with nature.

The accommodation units are divided into two main areas:

• Group Apartment: comprised of Rooms Nº1, Nº2, and optionally Nº3, connected through a distribution corridor and sharing a vintage-style bathroom with natural light. Each room has an independent entrance and views of the inner garden and the old railway station. It is ideal for groups of friends, large families,couples traveling together. Beds can be arranged as doublesingle.

• Family Apartment: formed by Rooms Nº4 and Nº5, interconnected and with independent access from the gallery. It features a naturally lit bathroom with two entrances, one from the room and one from the gallery. This area is perfect for couplesfamilies with young children seeking privacy, proximity, and comfort.

Casa Bellavista can also be rented as a complete house, withwithout hotel-style services, adapting to different traveler needs.

Highlighted services include five spacious and bright triple rooms equipped with fans and wood-burning stoves, excellent thermal insulation thanks to high ceilings and thick walls, two internal vintage bathrooms and an external service bathroom. Bed linen, toiletries, and handcrafted breakfast are provided. Guests also enjoy an 8 x 4-meter fenced pool, bicycles, a garden with lounge chairs, a barbecue area with grill and ping pong table, internal galleries with hammocks, a living room with satellite TV and wifi, and an original kitchen available for guests renting the full house.

Optional services include transfers, guided activities, and meals. Guests may also plan a picnicuse the grill. Additionally, two restaurants are located only a few blocks away.

The culinary proposal of Casa Bellavista celebrates countryside flavors. Handcrafted breakfasts, cold-cuts platters, traditional dishes, homemade pasta, roasts, and grilled vegetables can be enjoyed under the trees, in the gallery,in the corner dining room.
