Our house is spacious, bright and modern, with 80 m² distributed on two floors. It is located on a beautiful 800 m² lot with native vegetation and privileged mountain views. It has a wooden deck, a patio with barbecue and private parking space, ideal for enjoying the outdoors.

Inside, it offers a warm and comfortable design. It has a master bedroom with a queen size bedtwo twin beds, a loft with a queen size bed, and a living room with two sofa beds, allowing a maximum capacity of five people. The bathroom is compartmentalized and has a whirlpool tub, ensuring comfort and privacy. The underfloor heating guarantees a cozy atmosphere all year round.

The house is fully equipped so that you will not miss anything during your stay. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and full set of dishes. For entertainment, there is a 40" Smart TV and a 32" TV with DirecTV, as well as high-speed WiFi. It also has a safe and alarm system for peace of mind. Bed linen and towels are of excellent quality, and cleaning service is included once a week.

The location is unbeatable. Only 9 blocks from Lake Gutierrez, the house provides easy access to beaches, viewpoints and trails for walkingexploring nature. Nearby there are stores, bars and kiosks that provide options for quick shopping and local gastronomy.
