Cariló Bahía Portal is an exclusive beachfront residential complex designed for those seeking a unique and personalized lodging experience. Founded in 2002, architect Néstor Osmar Cattáneo's project brought together a group of owners who made their dream of a home in Cariló a reality, creating a consortium of 12 private homes with year-round services.

Located only 400 meters from the shopping center, Cariló Bahía Portal offers 34 room houses for 2 to 8 people, all of them with unbeatable sea views and direct access to the beach. The houses are distributed on two levels and basement, with areas between 140 and 160 m². They have large windows, covered grills with private decks and warmly decorated rooms to provide a feeling of home.

The resort's services include a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi for adults (open all year round), a children's whirlpool during the summer season, children's games in the park, and exclusive access to the beach from the garden. Beach service is provided during high season, and each unit has Wi-Fi connection and covered parking.

The houses include a first floor with reception hall, living-dining room, equipped kitchen and toilettes; the upper floor houses two en-suite bedrooms with balcony-terrace to the sea, while the basement has an individual garage and laundry room. Each property is furnished and decorated according to the owner's taste, which gives each house a unique character.

This complex is neither a hotel nor an apart hotel, but a consortium of owners under the horizontal property regime, which allows some units to be rented directly by their owners, ensuring a close and careful treatment in each stay.
