The Rancho Apart experience will take you to savor homemade food, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Their dishes are made with products from the region and with an essential ingredient in homemade food...lots of love!
The menu is accompanied by a pairing of wines ed from Argentine and Patagonian wineries to accompany each dish and thus respect the aromas and flavors in a harmonious and pleasant way to the palate. It has four fixed menus; two of them traditional, based on regional cuisine and adapting the raw materials of the area in an unforgettable journey of flavors; and the other two menus are "vegetarian and/or vegan", designed so that those who opt for this type of food can also enjoy this experience.

Gabo es sin duda alguna no solo un anfitrión de categoría, sino que además cocina casi mejor que mi madre.
