This house complex is located in a completely safe and quiet residential neighborhood, 6 blocks away from downtown La Falda and offering a matchless view of the mountain range. On the same block, without any need to cross the street, there is a supermarket selling a wide range of products. Due to the lack of polluting elements in the area, the exceptional cliamte of La Falda is considered the third best climate in the world. We have cold-hot air-conditioning in all units.
The main house has 3 rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining-room, a sitting-room, an access hall, a refrigerator, heaters, mosquito nets, cable TV, 42” LCD scree, audio player, fans, swimming-pool, grill, carport for 3 cars and Wi Fi.
The other 4 houses, with an independent access to the park, have one or two bedrooms, a bathroom, an integrated kitchen and dining-room, a refrigerator, fans, cable TV, sommier beds, heaters, mosquito nets in all windows, water heater and dinner set. Located on a beautiful ample lawn with a swimming-pool, there is a barbecue area shared with tourists. Instead of being a cabin resort, this is a neat 4-house complex, which means that each group of guests may have their own space.
The 5 houses can accommodate from 2 to 8 guests. Optional housekeeping and cook. Well-educated pets are allowed. The complex offers a total of 26 beds, which large families or entities may find very convenient.
