This exclusive property is located in Lunlunta, a quiet and touristic urban/rural area on the Wine Roads, surrounded by renowned wineries and oil factories, vineyards and olive groves, gastronomy and recreation, and with quick access to the main attractions that the Province offers.
It is located just 5 minutes from the center of Luján de Cuyo, from Maipú, and 15 minutes from the Capital City.

A short distance away is your cabin/auxiliary dormy located in the parral and barbecue area, with two bedrooms and a spacious barbecue area.

And finally and further away, its modern and new loft with a glass front; It has a living room with an integrated kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, a spacious bedroom, a bathroom, a gallery and a barbecue.

The wonderful park of 3,200 m2 (the equivalent of a third of a block) is undoubtedly what completes the great attraction of the place...
There is an abundance of ancient and varied groves, various species of birds, and its extensive meadows generate sunny and shady spaces that allow a pleasant sensation of peace to be perceived.
