The apartment is located in the venue known as `Parque del Sol`, on 1000, Calderón Street`, almost on the corner of Elordi, in the very center of San Martín de los Andes within a residential neighborhood.
It is a duplex-like unit located on the second floor. It is full of sunlight, very comfortable and cozy.
It has a garden in a common space and a grill in the backyard.
It can accommodate 4 to 5 guests. It has an integrated living-room and dining-room with a sofa bed, a separated kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a full bathroom with bath.
It has a 32` LED TV set with cable service. The bedrooms are equipped with La Cardeuse spring mattresses and spring-box beds. White linen is provided. Ther kitchen has a microwave oven, a stove with 4 burners and oven. Everything is brand new. There is a hot water tank and natural gas convection heaters in all rooms.

Minimum stay: three nights.

Booking is carried out through a 50% deposit or wire transfer. The rest is paid off at the moment of checking in.
