The house is located on the slope of Cerro Chico, with a beautiful view of the hills and the river. The property has an area of ​​one hectare and is surrounded by nature. There are fruit trees, vegetables and flora particular to the region, such as cardones, airampos, sumalaguas, churquis, poplars, molles and willows.

The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen equipped with a stove, undercounter refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave and various utensils.

The service includes hot water, bedding, linens, Wi-Fi on the premises, Direct TV or Netflix and uncovered parking. Breakfast is not included, but can be ordered at an extra cost.
