Located in the mountains of Tandil, Raíces is a rural tourism venture that combines adventure, tradition and connection with nature. This project, managed by the Inza family, offers an authentic experience where visitors can immerse themselves in rural life through activities such as horseback riding, kayaking, visits to cheese factories and tours of productive fields.

1. Country Horseback Riding
- Rides through pastures in the San José countryside, bordered by the Chapaleofú stream, where participants learn about livestock production and enjoy the mountain scenery. The activity includes initiation to galloping and lasts approximately 2 hours.

2. Kayaking in Chapaleofú Creek
- A skill circuit that allows you to explore the creek, observe aquatic fauna and overcome small natural obstacles. Ideal for those seeking adrenaline and contact with the water. Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes.

3. Productive Circuit
- Visit to a mechanized dairy farm and to the Tradición Inza cheese factory, where the elaboration process is explained from the breeding of cows to the final product. An educational and gastronomic experience that lasts 2 hours.

4. Trekking and Nature Reserve
- Hikes through a 7-hectare natural habitat, designed to minimize environmental impact. Includes sighting of native flora and fauna.

5. Traditional games and bonfires
- Visitors can enjoy games such as cricket, bocce and tabas, as well as barbecue grills and barbecue areas to share typical meals under the stars.
