Famous for its dams and reservoirs, as well as for the huge valley named after it and the high mountains that hide dreamed-of nooks, the area of Calamuchita lies in the central-west part of the province.
The typical cities of Santa Rosa de Calamuchita, Río Tercero, Villa General Belgrano, La Cumbrecita and presently well-known Los Reartes are part of this region. All these locations have succeeded in captivating tourists and turning them into new neighbors.
